Founded in 2002, Source Capital is an Atlanta and San Francisco-based private equity firm that makes equity investments in mature, lower middle-market U.S. companies across a range of industries. Investments are primarily in the form of management-backed leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations and growth financings.
